Rich Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding

Probably one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth...


There are no words to describe this. Just go make it! Sparky approved with a solid 10 on the first mouthful. I'm personally not really a hot pudding fan normally but this was epic!


Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Cook Time: Approx 30-35 Minutes

Difficulty: No highschool degree needed


Key Notes: Not Suitable For People On Diets

YOU NEED

  • 1 Cup Plain Flour

  • 1 Cup soft brown sugar

  • 1/3 Cup Caster Sugar

  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence

  • 1/2 Cup Milk

  • 1 1/4 Cups Boiling Water

  • 50g Butter Melted + extra to grease baking dish

  • 1/2 Block White Chocolate Chopped (Optional, Wayyyy better with it)


DO THIS..

Preheat oven to 150 Degrees C - Fan Bake


1. Add flour, Baking powder, Caster Sugar, 1/4 Cup cocoa Powder, White Chocolate Chunks, Salt, Milk, Butter, Vanilla essence and the egg to a bowl and mix well to make a batter.


2. Grease a medium sized baking dish with butter.


3. Pour batter into baking dish.


4. In a small bowl combine remaining 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and the 1 cup of soft brown sugar. Sift over batter base evenly.


5. Pour Hot water over the back of a spoon into baking dish completely covering dessert.


6. Bake at 150 Degrees C for 30-35 minutes or until top springs back when gently pressed and has a slight crisp.



Serve with ice cream & Grated white chocolate and you're guaranteed to get laid.
