So simple, yet so F%&king delicious!!!!!

10/10 On the Sparky scale accompanied by garlic potatoes & a creamy mayo salad
Prep Time: 15 Min
Cook Time: Approx 35min
Difficulty: P!ss Easy!
SHIT THAT GOES IN IT
1 Large Glass Of Wine
4 Skinless Chicken Thighs
1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs or Any Breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
3 Cloves garlic finely chopped
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon smoked paprika
1 Teaspoon Parsley
1/4 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
Squeeze of Lime & a wedge to serve
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIT THAT GOES IN IT
1. Drink the wine, Drink that whole glass and then refill it all whilst preheating the oven to 200 degrees c.
2. Melt butter in a bowl.
3. Put all the breadcrumbs, Parmesan & other shit in a bowl and mix together.
4. Slap chicken pieces around in the melted butter and then coat well in the crumbly parmesan goodness.
5. Line an oven tray with baking paper
6. Lay chicken on baking tray, drizzle over left over butter and crumb mix.
7. Bake at 200 Degrees for 35 Minutes or until cooked and golden.
Plate up, Squeeze with fresh lime and garnish with a fancy ass wedge.
